The TMDL development is in the Stage phase, which consists of Watershed Characterization, Data Analysis, and Methodology Selection. Currently data is being collected for the watershed characterization and data analysis. This update provides an overview of data collected to date. Watershed Overview The Evergreen Lake watershed (ILDK17) is located within Woodford County and McLean County, Illinois. The watershed is located within the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Mackinaw River Basin (Hydrologic Unit Code [HUC] 07130004). The Evergreen Lake watershed encompasses an area of approximately square miles. Figure shows the impaired lake segment within the watershed. The impaired segment (segment SDA) is shown in red.
