.DRAFT Page of Quarterly Report 3: Casey Fork Watershed Introduction This is third in series of quarterly reports to provide an update of Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) development in the Casey Fork Watershed. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA) is responsible for TMDL development and has contracted with Camp Dresser & McKee (CDM) to complete TMDLs within this watershed. Illinois EPA plans to complete the TMDLs for this watershed within the next eight months. This quarterly report provides brief description of progress during the months of December 2001 through February 2002. Progress to Date and Next Steps for TMDL Development public meeting was held to discuss the TMDL for this watershed on December 5, 2001. In general, the audience consisted of public officials, landowners, concerned citizens, Illinois Department of Agricultural staff, NRCS staff and Illinois EPA staff.
