  • The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Center for Minority Health Services is kicking off National Minority Health Month and National Public Health Week by hosting its first-ever Minority Health Conference to address health disparities facing many racial and ethnic communities of color in Illinois, and to strategize on community-based solutions. The conference, held in conjunction with the Illinois Public Health Association, is April 4-5 in Naperville, and is expected to draw hundreds of medical and health care industry professionals statewide.
