The project is being funded by $50,000 of total grant money received from the U.S. EPA and provides an incentive for new users of the online system for electronic submission of Discharge Monitoring Reports. "We are hopeful this will particularly encourage more of our smaller systems with limited resources to take advantage of the efficiency of electronic reporting and reduce paperwork for them and the Illinois EPA," said Illinois EPA Director Doug Scott.
