Protection Agency Springfield, IL "for optimum operation/maintenance of all water and wastewater facilities" For many years, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in cooperation with the Environmental Resources Training Center at Souther Illinois University/Edwardsville, published training catalogue issue of Digester/Over the Spillway that identified courses in wastewater and drinking water operator training available at community colleges around the state, and some other training resources. We feel that this information can be more effectively provided to operators and potential operator trainees through an electronic medium and are now offering the information online, starting with the spring 2004 sessions. We have adopted new format we hope will be easier to use.
