.On March 23, in presentation ceremony at the Illinois EPA's Springfield headquarters, the George Warren Fuller award was presented to Roger D. Selburg, manager of the Agency's Division of Public Water Supplies. Making the presentation was Dennis Leslie, general manager of the North Park Public Water District , Machesney Park, Ill., and the Director for the Illinois Seciton AWWA (ISAWWA). Also representing ISAWWA were Chair Craig Cummings and ChairElect karen Cooper. Leslie told the assembled Agency senior managers and guests that the award, established in 1937, recognizes outstanding service to the drinking water industry as well as sound engineering skill. The Fuller award is given by state sections of the American Water Works Association and is the most prestigious that the organization can confer. It may be awarded annually but is conferred only when committee made up of the section's five most recent recipients recommends recognition of nominee. In addition to the plaque presente
