.PTAB/smw/06-02360/4-09 of PROPERTY TAX APPEAL BOARD'S DECISION APPELLANT: Charles Beatte DOCKET NO.: 06-02360.001-R-1 PARCEL NO.: 06-21.0-423-006 The parties of record before the Property Tax Appeal Board are Charles Beatte, the appellant; and the St. Clair County Board of Review. The record in this appeal contains valuation information in the form of an appraisal submitted by the appellant estimating the subject property had market value of $185,000 as of January 1, 2007. Based on this evidence, the appellant requested an assessment reduction to reflect the appraised value. The record also contains documentation submitted by the board of review indicating the board of review agreed to stipulate to reduce the assessment of the subject property to $56,248, which reflects market value less than the appraised value.
