Description
These reports meet the requirements of Public Act 93-1031, the Older Adults Services Act, which requires the Illinois Department on Aging to notify the General Assembly of its progress toward compliance with the Act on Jan. 1, 2006, and every January thereafter. The Act further requires the Illinois Department on Aging to identify impediments to such progress, recommendations of the Advisory Committee, and recommendations requiring legislative action.
