PRESIDING JUSTICE McBRIDE delivered the opinion of the court: Following jury trial, defendant, Duoc Bui, was found guilty of two counts of possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver and sentenced to concurrent terms of years' imprisonment. On appeal, defendant co ntends that: (1) the search warrant was unconstitutional; (2) police exceeded the scope of the warrant; (3) the State failed to prove him guilty beyond reasonable doubt; (4) he was denied fair trial by the improper admission of evidence; (5) the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to tender an Illinois Pattern Jury Instruction; and (6) one of his convictions must be vac ated because it violates the one-act, one-crime rule.
