State Street, Chicago, IL March 28, 2008 Pursuant to (5 ILCS 382/) State Services Assurance Act for FY2008, the Department of Employment Security is submitting its report on bilingual frontline staff in the Department. Our frontline staff is made up of Employment Security Program Representatives and Intermittents, Employment Security Service Representatives, Employment Security Specialists, Administrative Assistants, Executives, Office Associates, Unemployment Insurance Adjudicators, Unemployment Insurance Revenue Analysts, and Unemployment Insurance Special Agents speaking Chinese, Spanish, Polish or Manual Communication.
