.STATE OF ILLINOIS ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION Illinois Commerce Commission , : On its Own Motion : 07-0483 Development of Net Metering : Standards Required by P.A. 95-0420. : AMENDATORY ORDER By the Commission: On November 20, 2007, this Commission issued an Order authorizing submission of an emergency rule regarding Net Metering to the Illinois Secretary of State. That Order, however, had the incorrect effective date of December 1, 2007. The correct effective date is December 22, 2007. Also, that Order incorrectly referred to the emergency rule in question as Ill. Admin. Code 485(c), when the rule is Ill. Adm. Code 465. The November 20, 2007 Order should be amended to reflect the correct effective date and the correct rule number. The Commission, having considered the entire record and being fully advised in the premises, is of the opinion and finds that: (1) the Commission has subject-matter jurisdiction; (2) The First Ordering Paragraph of that Order should be amended to reflect
