ExecutiveOrder number was issued in March 2002 extending the existence of the Commission for an additionalfour-year period, ending March 1, 2006. Twelve of the existing Commissioners were reappointed andeighteen new Commissioners were nominated for appointment. This influx of new talents, resources and skillsprovides great opportunity.
