.Volume 1, Issue 1, Issue Volume 1, Issue The Treasurer's Women's Entrepreneurial Board will present round of "Access to Capital for Women Entrepreneurs" forums downstate dur-ing the month of March. Patterned after program that was offered in Carbondale last August, the forums will be held in Edwardsville on March 15, Peoria on March 16, Normal on March and Oglesby March 28. The forums have been developed in partnership with the local Small Business Development Centers. The programs will include financial panel of experts speaking on what women need to do before seeking financing for their busi-ness, and resource panel of experts from the government agencies that provide assistance to entrepreneurs. representa-tive from the Treasurer's Office of Economic Development in Springfield, will speak as member of the resource panel. Each forum will also feature local woman entrepreneur who will share the story of how she started her business and turned it into successful enterprise. For more
