.Effective July 1, 2003, all purchases ofcigarette tax stamps must be paid in full at the time of purchase byElectronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We have also combinedForm RC-1-A, Cigarette Tax Stamp Order-Invoice, and Form RC-1-A-E,Cigarette Revenue Tax Stamp Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization.Beginning with July 2003 cigarette tax stamp purchases, you must completethe new Form RC-1-A and make your payment by EFT to receive cigarettetax stamps. Do not complete and attach Form RC-1-A-E, it is now obso-lete. Note: Please destroy anyForms RC-1-A-E and RC-1-A you may have and use the enclosed revisedForm RC-1-A. Can still purchasecigarette tax stamps on day charge? No. Effective July 1, 2003, you may nolonger delay your cigarette tax stamp payment for days. All paymentsmust be made by EFT and will be withdrawn when your cigarette taxstamp purchase order is processed.
