Illinois Internet portal, the Virtual Illinois Catalog (VIC) and Illinois Government Information (IGI) is making accessing these resources easier and more user-friendly for the library community and its patrons. Following is an update on new developments: New Interfaces for Find-It!, IGI - Log on to http://findit.sos.state. il.us to check out the new interfaces for Find-It! Illinois and IGI. Software Upgrade for VIC - An upgrade to SiteSearch 4.1 is in progress, which will allow for the development of the interlibrary loan module. New Interface for VIC - new, user-friendlier interface is in the design phase and will soon be ready for testing by librarians.
