Description
This is the report on approved waivers and modifications as required by 105 ILCS 5/2-3.25g. The report contains all waivers and modifications approved by either the General Assembly or State Board of Education, listing each by topic area and providing the number and percentage of school districts for which the waiver or modification has been granted. In addition, the report contains recommendations for changes in law for those frequently requested waivers or modifications that have been approved.
