Bureau of Design and Environment Manual - Revised (2002)
The Illinois Department of Transportation's Central Bureau of Design and Environment shall publish and maintain a manual which establishes uniform policies and procedures for the location, design and environmental evaluation of highway construction projects on the state highway system.This Manual has been prepared to provide uniform practices for the Department and consultant personnel preparing Phase I studies and reports and contract plans for Department projects. It is the 2002 version with updates through June 2009.

Illinois State Water Survey annual report {periodical start}
The Illinois State Water Survey (ISWS) continues to provide a wealth of scientific and engineering data for use by individuals, businesses, and government agencies throughout Illinois and the nation. The many uses of this datainclude education, research, natural resources planning, insurance, public health, transportation,policy analysis, agriculture, energy development, facilities maintenance, and construction. Examples of new and evolving ISWS products and services are contained throughout these reports.

Illinois State Water Survey Annual Report (2004-2005, covering July 1, 2004-June 30, 2005)
Illinois State Water Survey (ISWS) continues to provide a wealth of scientific and engineering data for use by individuals, businesses, and government agencies throughout Illinois and the nation. The many uses of these data include education, research, natural resources planning, insurance, public health, transportation, policy analysis, agriculture, energy development, facilities maintenance, and construction. More information is contained throughout this 2004-2005 Annual Report. Almost every area of Illinois has been served by the Survey during its 100-year-plus tenure.

Integrated Water Quantity Planning and Management (2004, January)
Report of the the State Water Plan Task Force, which is charged with planning for ways and means by which the various water uses may be coordinated to the end that water resources of the State be put to their maximum beneficial use. The report includes a summary of research and region studies of the past year, plus plans for the coming year.

Little Wabash River I Watershed TMDL Report (2008) [IEPA/BOW/08-014]
This report documents the analysis and findings of various stages of TMDL development for water segments within this watershed. Water quality data are gathered and analyzed. Illinois is required to identify water bodies that do not meet water quality standards and to determine the Total Maximum Daily Load for pollutants causing the impairment.

Paris Twin Lakes Watershed TMDL Report (2008) [IEPA/BOW/08-011]
This report documents the analysis and findings of various stages of the TMDL development for water segments within this watershed. Water quality data are gathered and analyzed. Illinois is required to identify water bodies that do not meet water quality standards and to determine the Total Maximum Daily Load for pollutants causing the impairment.
