Annual compliance report for public drinking water supplies, 2007 (2007, covering January through December, 2007)
The purpose of this annual compliance report is to satisfy the requirement of Section 1414(c)(3)of the 1996 Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). States with national primary enforcement authority are to prepare, make readily available to the public, and submit to the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency by July 1 of each year, an annual report on violations occurring during the previous calendar year of national primary drinking water regulations by public water systems.

Blackout Solutions: final report of the Special Task Force on the Condition and Future of the Illinois Energy Infrastructure
A Illinois Lieutenant Governor's Office report recommending ways to improve system reliability, ensure the safety of Illinois power plants, and increase the diversity of the states energy portfolio. The Special Task Force on the Condition and Future of the Illinois Energy Infrastructure (created 8/16/2003), which was comprised of ten cabinet level members and chaired by the Lt. Governor, was charged with analyzing the state's existing power generation, transmission and distribution systems; examining nuclear power plant safety; developing ways to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy; and evaluating the possibility of Illinois power outages and the state's emergency response preparedness.

Ground-water quantity laws and management (1991) [RI-114]
In the last decade, Illinois has seen many changed attitudes and laws governing the use and withdrawal of ground water. Almost certainly, the next decade will see continued change as the legal structure is adapted to increasing demand for ground water and to the resultant and growing pressures on our ground-water resources. This report summarizes groundwater quantity laws and management programs in Illinois and a number of other states. It compares the present system in Illinois with those in other states and lists recommendations for improvements in Illinois laws.
