    Report prepared for the Task Force on Professional Practice in the Illinois Justice System. Prepared by The Spangenberg Group under the Auspices of the joint U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance/American Bar Association, Bar Information Program. The Task Force on Professional Practice in the Illinois Justice Systems was created by legislation signed into law on August 14, 1999, with a mission to study caseloads, salaries, technological needs, and other issues related to recruitment and retention of attorneys in the Illinois criminal and juvenile justice systems.
